Terms of Service

Version / effective date: 2026-07-14

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Site Fuel, a B2B SaaS platform operated by Kay Joosten, sole proprietor (eenmanszaak) under Dutch law, registered at [ADDRESS] ("Site Fuel", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the service, the customer ("you", "Customer") agrees to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Service

Site Fuel crawls a Customer's website to understand the business, generates SEO- and GEO-optimised blog content using large language models, and publishes that content on a configurable schedule to the Customer's WordPress site, to a webhook endpoint, or via a pull feed for Next.js and other headless sites. Optional integrations include Google Search Console (GSC) for performance metrics. Accounts are provisioned by Site Fuel or created via self-service signup; day-to-day operation happens through the REST API and, for supported plans, an admin dashboard.

Site Fuel may add, change, or retire features over time as the product evolves. Material reductions in functionality that a paying Customer relies on will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use. Accounts are intended for use by a single business entity (Customer) and its authorized personnel; API access may be scoped to individual users or to the account as a whole via account-level API keys, for which the account owner is responsible.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Site Fuel to:

We may suspend or terminate access for any account reasonably believed to be in breach of this section, with notice where practicable.

4. Fees, Billing, and Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor (Stripe) at the tier selected at signup or subsequently changed by the Customer. Each tier includes a defined monthly content quota; usage beyond that quota is billed as metered overage, subject to a configured cap that we will not exceed without your consent. Prices and tier definitions are available via the service and may be updated with notice before taking effect for a given billing cycle.

Refund policy: fees already charged for the current billing period are non-refundable, including for partial months. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to the service until then. No prorated refunds are issued for early cancellation. Failure to pay may result in suspension of the account until payment is resolved.

5. Customer Content and Data

You retain ownership of the content on your website, the content you submit to Site Fuel, and any content Site Fuel generates for you under this agreement. You grant us a limited license to crawl, process, store, and transmit that content and your website data solely to provide the service. Details on how we collect, use, and retain personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy and, for business customers acting as data controllers, our Data Processing Agreement.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Site Fuel content is generated using third-party large language models (by default, models operated by Anthropic; where an account has explicitly opted in, models operated by DeepSeek). AI-generated content may contain factual errors, outdated information, or statements that do not reflect your business accurately. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legal compliance, or SEO/GEO performance of any generated content. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before it is published to your site. If you enable auto-publish (content published without manual review), you do so entirely at your own risk and accept full responsibility for reviewing published material after the fact and for any consequences of publishing unreviewed AI-generated content, including but not limited to inaccuracies, reputational harm, or third-party claims.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., WordPress, Google Search Console, Stripe) that are subject to their own terms and availability. We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or policy changes on the part of these third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Site Fuel and Kay Joosten, sole proprietor (eenmanszaak) under Dutch law will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the fees paid by you to Site Fuel in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement: you by cancelling your subscription (see Section 4) or closing your account; we by suspending or terminating an account for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or as required by law. Upon termination, access to the service ends and data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and DPA, including applicable retention and deletion timelines.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect and, where legally required or where the change is significant, require re-acceptance (for example, via an in-product acceptance step) before you can continue using the service. Continued use after a non-material update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The version and acceptance timestamp recorded at signup, and any subsequent re-acceptance, are retained as evidence of agreement.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to Kay Joosten, sole proprietor (eenmanszaak) under Dutch law by post at [ADDRESS], or via the contact details published on the Site Fuel website.
